Slides

Slides in PowerPoint format

A zip file (~9 Mbytes) contains the slides for all chapters. To unzip the file, use an unzip utility such as PKUPZIP or Aladdin Expander.

If you do not have PowerPoint, you can get a free viewer from Microsoft or open the files with OpenOffice.

Fonts

Standard Microsoft fonts are used on all slides. Georgia and Trebuchet are mainly used because they are specifically designed for on-screen viewing. The following table displays the standard Microsoft fonts. If you don't see variation in the font faces, then you don't have the fonts installed. If you are using Linux, there is a site with instructions on how to install Microsoft's TrueType core fonts.
